First stop: IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CATHEDRAL
Located along the main highway of Puerto Princesa City in Palawan, the Immaculate Conception Cathedral stands as the ‘central church’ of Palawan. This historical landmark celebrated the first mass in Puerto Princesa in 1872 where a Spanish expedition proclaimed the Immaculate Conception of Mary as the Patroness of Puerto Princesa.

2nd stop: PLAZA CUARTEL
Plaza Cuartel is located in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. It is near the wharf of Puerto Princesa so one can get a good view of the blue ocean. At present, it is now a part of the town plaza complex. It is easy to locate by going to the opposite side of Immaculate Conception Cathedral.
“In this place which was a military fort of World War II, the burning of more or less 150 American POW was done by Japanese soldiers on December 14, 1944. Some managed to survive by swimming their way out from the sea to Iwahig. The remains of those who died were brought and buried in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Missouri, United States, 1952.”
3rd top: MITRA’S RANCH
Owned by the family of the late House Speaker Ramon “Monching” V. Mitra Jr. is one of the most popular tourist spot in the city. Located in Sta Monica Heights, this piece of paradise offers a stunning view of Puerto Princesa City.
Entrance fee is free! Mitra’s Ranch is open daily from 6am to 6pm.
4th stop: BAKER’S HILL

5th stop: NEW GREEN CITY HALL
A new state-of-the-art City Hall and Convention Center adopting the concept of green architecture. The entire complex includes a 3,000 capacity convention center and a four-storey city hall building with its own water treatment facility, solar panels, roof garden, helipad, generator and power supply accessories, fire-fighting facility, and the furniture and furnishings of the 2 structures.
6th but not the final stop: PPC SPORTS COMPLEX
